We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated Delivery = Processing Time + Transit Time. Processing Time: 3–7 business days Transit Time: 20–30 business days Total Delivery Window: 23–37 business days (approx. 4–7 weeks). Many smaller items arrive faster. If your project is urgent, expedited options are available for an additional fee. Note - Important !!! Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by carrier. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once shipped. Before shipment, cancellations are handled per our Refund Policy with a full refund.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. A shipping email with tracking will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse (tracking activates within 24 hours). Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website for updates.

Can I see drawings or samples before production?

A: Samples are provided free of charge. Shipping typically costs around $50 , but this fee can be deducted from your order once a purchase is confirmed.
