Yes. Selected lighting fixtures can be customized in size, finish, hanging length, or other available details. You can share the product link with us, and our team will review the customization options.
Can I send an inspiration image or design drawing?
Yes. If you have a specific chandelier or lighting design in mind, you can send us an image, sketch, or design drawing. Denise lamps will review your request and help confirm what can be customized.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders usually require3–5 business daysfor confirmation and specification approval, followed by7–25 business daysfor production depending on the design, size, finish, and complexity. Shipping time begins after production is completed.
Will the estimated timeline be confirmed before payment?
Yes. We will confirm the estimated customization timeline, production details, and order information before payment.
Can I change or cancel my custom order after payment?
Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Once the custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.
