When will I receive my tracking number? +

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

How long does shipping take? +

Standard shipping typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. Most orders within the contiguous U.S. arrive within 7–10 business days.

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do? +

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after you receive the tracking number. If it still shows no information after 5 days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? +

Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and new address.

Do you ship internationally? +
