Shipping Policy
This policy explains how Deniselamp Inc. processes, ships, and delivers your order so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Order Processing
- Processing time: 3–7 business days for most orders.
- Orders placed on weekends or major U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking becomes active within 24–72 hours.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via a combination of international air freight and sea freight, handed off to local couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or dedicated freight carriers) for final-mile delivery. The method we choose depends on the item size and current logistics conditions.
3. Delivery Times and Cost
We currently ship to the United States only. All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Many smaller items arrive faster than the stated window. Expedited options are available for an additional fee — contact our sales team if your project is urgent.
4. Customs and Import Taxes
In some cases, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are levied by the government and are not collected by our site.
The customer is responsible for all customs and import tax charges. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
5. Signature on Delivery
- Orders under $500: No signature is required. The courier may leave the package at a safe location at their discretion.
- Orders of $500 or more, or any freight-shipped large chandelier: An adult signature (18+) is required on delivery to protect your order from loss or theft.
6. Delivery Restrictions
- We ship to the continental United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Before shipment: full cancellation and refund available upon request. Contact support as soon as possible.
- Once shipped: orders cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted. See our Return & Refund Policy for return options after delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost shipments).
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged items where applicable.
- Email support@deniselamp.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items is on us.
